Mutual Fund Commission
For mutual fund schemes distributed through our AMFI-registered entities under the Regular Plan, the applicable AMC pays trail commission to the distributor in accordance with the prevailing commission structure and applicable regulations.
Trail commission is generally calculated with reference to the assets held in the relevant scheme and paid periodically by the AMC. It is part of the scheme's permitted expenses and is not separately collected from the investor by Prospera FinTech as a distribution charge.
The applicable commission may vary by AMC, scheme, plan, asset class and other factors and may change from time to time.
Scheme-level commission details are available on request.
